谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)是生物机体内重要的抗氧化酶之一,在生物细胞抵御外界环境条件的刺激和胁迫时起到非常重要的作用。本文以粉棒束孢Pf340菌株为试验材料,研究不同条件的氧化胁迫对粉棒束孢谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶酶活性的影响,结果表明:三种不同条件下的氧化胁迫处理初期,均可造成菌株细胞GPX酶活性的降低,在胁迫处理的后期,过氧化氢胁迫下GPX酶活性与对照差异较小,而亚甲基蓝和亚硝基二磺酸钾处理下,GPX酶活性比对照有较大的提高,不同类型的氧化胁迫下菌株细胞GPX的生物学效应表现出不同的差异。
Glutathione peroxidase, one of the most important components of anti-peroxidation system of the organism, plays an important role in the responses of microorganisms to the environmental stress. In this study, three oxidative stress reagents were performed to determine the stress effect on glutathion peroxidase of Isaria farinosa. Results indicated that the early treatment of oxidative stress under three kinds of conditions all made the GPX activity of bacterium cells decreased. In the later period of cultivation, the GPX activity of bacterium cells under H202 stress had quite small difference compared to the contrast. While it were greatly increased compared to the contrast under the methylene blue and nitrosodisulfonate stress. The Pf340 strain showed diverse biological behavior in response to different oxidative stress.
