以9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DOPO)、顺丁烯二酸、乙二醇为原料,反应合成了一种基于磷杂菲基团的新型无卤阻燃多元醇。通过傅立叶红外光谱(fTr—IR)、核磁共振波谱(1H—NMR)、差示扫描量热法(DSc)以及热重分析(TG)等表征了目标化合物的结构和性能。热重分析(TGA)表明,该阻燃多元醇具有较高的热稳定性和良好的成炭性,热失重5%时的温度为262.6℃,800oC时的残炭率为10%左右,可应用于聚氨酯外墙保温材料中,起到一定的防火阻燃效果。
A novel halogen-free flame retardant polyols oxa-10-Oxide (DOPO), maleic acid with phosphaphenanthrene group was synthesized and ethylene glycol by one step reaction.And the ty of polyols was characterized by fourier transform infrared spectra(FT-IR), 1H nuclear magnetic resonance differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric (TG).
