该文建立了一种用伏安法测定对硫磷的简便方法。考察了玻碳电极的预处理条件,以及支持电解质溶液的种类、酸度、富集时间、扫描速率等因素对对硫磷伏安曲线的影响,优化了实验条件。研究了对硫磷的电化学行为,发现其在玻碳电极上具有良好的吸附性。在pH1.4的柠檬酸钠-盐酸溶液中,还原峰电流与对硫磷浓度在0.080~1.80mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9988,检测限达0.050mg/L。用该文提出的方法检测了水样中的对硫磷,获得了比较满意的结果。
A simple voltammetric method for the determination of parathion has been developed. The conditions of pretreatment, and the effects of the type and acidity of electrolytes, preconcentration time, scan rate on the voltammograms of parathion were investigated to require optimum conditions. The electrochemical behaviors of parathion were investigated. Obvious adsorption phenomena of the species at the surface of glassy carbon electrodes were observed. In pHI. 4 sodium citrate hydrochloric acid solution, there is an excellent lincarity relationship between reduction current and concentration of parathion in the range of 0. 080 - 1.80 mg/L ( r = 0. 998 8). The detection limit is 0.050 mg/L. The method was applied to determine parathion in water samples with satisfactory results.
