利用真空烧结工艺制备了纳米复合Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷刀片。进行了奥氏体不锈钢的单因素切削试验,并利用SEM、EPMA对金属陶瓷刀具的磨损失效机理进行了详细的研究。结果表明:纳米复合Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷刀片在切削奥氏体不锈钢时表现出较高的耐磨性,其主要的磨损失效机理为粘结磨损,同时伴随一定的氧化磨损和扩散磨损。
Nanocomposite Ti(C, N)-based cermet tools are prepared by vacuum sintering and tested in turning austenitic stainless steel at various combinations of cutting speed (Vc), feed rate (f),and depth of cut (αp). The wear mechanism is investigated in detail using scanning electron microscopy (SEM)and electron-probe microanalysis (EPMA). It is found that the cermet tools exhihite higher wear resistance for cutting austenite stainless steel and adhesive wear is the main source of tools failure. At the same time,diffusion and oxidation are also observed.
