利用机械合金化方法以Ti粉、石墨粉和高纯氮气为原料,制备出Ti(C,N)粉体。利用X射线衍射、正电子湮灭寿命谱、X光电子能谱以及扫描电镜等分析手段,研究了球磨过程中混合粉的相组成、缺陷类型、粉体形貌及尺寸的变化。实验结果表明:Ti(C,N)粉体的合成遵循机械诱发自蔓延反应机制,中间相TiN的出现是导致反应进行的关键阶段。
Ti(C,N) powders had been synthesized by mechanical alloying from the mixture of pure titanium and graphite in nitrogen atmosphere.The phase composition,defect type and the size and morphology of mixture milled for different times were analyzed by using X-ray diffractometry(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),positron annihilation lifetime spectroscopy(PALS) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results showed that mechanism of synthesizing Ti(C,N) powders was mechanically induced self propagating reactive synthesis(MSR) and the formation of interphase TiN was the key step to trigger the reaction process.
