采用真空烧结工艺制备了Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷,研究了不同Mo含量对Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷显微组织和性能的影响。结果表明,当Mo含量为16%时,金属陶瓷具有较好的力学性能,其抗弯强度达1930MPa,硬度达89.5HRA,并且,Mo含量对粘结相中合金元素的溶解性也有较大影响。
Ti(C,N)-based cermets were produced by vacuum sintering. The effect of molybdenum content on the microstructure and properties of Ti(C, N)-based cermets was studied. The results show that the cermet of 16wt% molybdenum has the highest transverse rupture strength(TRS)and hardness of 1930MPa and 89. 5HRA,respectively. The Mo greatly influences the solubility of alloy elements in binder.
