每个组织都有与之最相适宜的持续改进策略,选择合适的改进策略对组织的生存和发展至关重要。论文在对波动理论及持续改进思想剖析的基础上,对4种持续改进策略进行比较分析,从策略的关注点和改进的路径角度总结出4种策略各自的特点,并结合情景领导模式,分析各种策略对领导类型的动态要求,提出不同领导类型下最适宜的改进策略的选择思路和方法。
Each organization has the most suitable strategy for its continuous improvement.It is essential for its existence and development to select the most appropriate improvement strategy.On the basis of dissecting the theory of variation and of examining the concept of continuous quality improvement,this paper makes a comparative study of four strategies for continuous improvement and summarizes the features of each strategy from the perspective of its focuses and of approaches to its improvement.Moreover,in combination with the situational leadership model,the paper analyses the dynamic requirements of various strategies for different styles of leadership and proposes proper train of thought and method for selection of the most appropriate quality improvement strategy in different leadership styles.
