研究目的:探索体育用地资产化运营与管理存在的问题,为资产化改革提出相关建议。研究方法:分类法、归纳法、规范分析法。研究结果:体育用地资产化运营的具体形式有出让、转让、参股、租赁、联营、置换、抵押等多种形式,应该积极采用不同形式构建体育用地市场体系。目前还存在一些制约体育用地资产化的因素,建议采取多种措施推动体育用地的资产化运作。研究结论:体育用地具有资产化特征,所以对其进行资产化运营与管理有其必要性和可行性。
The purpose of this paper is to discuss the problems during the capitalized operation and management of sports land in order to put forward relevant suggestions for the capitalization reforms of sports land. Methods employed include classification, induction and normative analysis. The results indicate that there are various forms of market-oriented sports land operation, including transfer, assignment, shared stock, rent, joint operation, estate pricing and exchange, mortgage, etc., and sports land market system should be established through the mentioned different forms positively. Currently there are some factors that restrict the capitalization of sports land, therefore various measures should be taken to solve the problem. It is concluded that the sports land has already shown its capitalized feature, and therefore it is necessary and feasible to start the capitalized operation and management.
