杆状病毒是昆虫专一性的病原病毒,具有重要的应用价值。首先,杆状病毒是昆虫杆状病毒表达系统的核心部分,该系统已在药物研发、疫苗生产等方面得到广泛应用。随着杆状病毒载体的不断改进,杆状病毒表达系统获得重组病毒的几率已从最初的0.1%~1%提高到现在的80%~90%,并且出现了一些新的宿主域扩大的杆状病毒载体。其次,杆状病毒是非复制型载体,且能高效表达目的蛋白,目前杆状病毒作为基因转移载体在基因治疗中已显示出良好的应用前景。此外,杆状病毒还是一类重要的微生物杀虫剂。重组杆状病毒杀虫剂及其安全性也是目前人们关注的焦点。综述了杆状病毒分子生物学及其最新应用进展。
Baculovirus shows irnportant application value in many regions. Firstly, baculovirus is a key component of insect baculovirus expression system (BEVS), which is being increasingly used in gene engineering for the research and development of new nedicine and vaccines. The efficiency for acquiring a recombination virus now is usually over 80% ~90% while it was approximately 0.1% ~ 1% with the initial method in the past, and there appear some host range expanded insect baculovirus expression vector. Secondly, baculovirus is a new gene transfer vector used in gene therapy due to its advantages of the extremely high expression of foreign genes and being non-reproduce vector. In addition, baculovirus is one of important microbio - pesticides and recombination baculovirus pesticides. The researches on their safety are currently focused on at home and abroad. The advances in the gene structure and function of baculovirus and its application were reviewed in the paper.
