本文根据灰色理论中的数列预测理论,针对建筑物的沉降,建立了灰色二阶预测模型GM（2,1）,给出GM（2,1）模型精确求解方法,并以某建筑物沉降数据为例验证了该模型的精度比GM（1,1）模型精度高,且简单易行,因而具有一定的实用价值.

According to the theory of grey sequence forecast, this paper established a grey prediction model of the second order GM（2, 1）, which was specifically applicable in the settlement of buildings. It gave the exact method to resolve the GM（2, 1） model, and took a building subsidence data as an example to verify that the accuracy of the model would be higher than that of GM （1, 1） model with simple and feasible value.
