Lipid metabolism disorder has significant impact on complications of diabetes. According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine characteristics, lipid toxin can be classified as toxic evil. This thesis tries to explore the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy based on lipid toxin and the damage of kidney collateral and aims to provide new ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
