Wind Generator Diagnostics System is built with the purpose of reducing the cost of wind generator maintenance and increasing the diagnostic rate.The vibration analysis module of the diagnostics system is implemented with the DSP of TMS320C6713,by the resource of which the high precise signal of vibration from multi-channels is got from the sampling board,calculated RMS peak-peak result,done FFT and sent to the backend of the system for futher analysis.Neccassary signal pre-processing is also inserted into the process,including digital Butterworth filter and synchronous resampling,to avoid the effect of noise and leakage on the frequency spectrum.The system has been checked and accepted by Siemens.
