Based on questionnaire survey of 1124 new generation of migrant workers of 19 regional administrative region in Shanxi, Qinghai and Guizhou Province, this paper gives an empirical analysis of the influence factors of the new generation peasant workers＂ participation behavior of social endowment insurance. Logistic regression analysis found that the age, marriage, education, political capital, employment areas, pension area selection, channel policy and the popularity of the policy expectation of social endowment insurance policy has a significant impact on the new generation peasant workers＂ participation behavior. The government should increase information channels of social endowment insurance policy, improve the popularity of the policy, reduce the policy ＂portability loss＂, improve the policy expectations of new generation of migrant workers, to encourage new generation of migrant workers to participate.
