基于甘肃省会宁县1 042个参保农民的调查数据,运用因子分析法和回归分析法研究了社会资本对农村居民养老保险制度满意度和忠诚度的影响。社会资本包括归属感、互惠、信任、网络规模和乡村秩序5个因子。研究发现,社会资本是搜寻农村居民养老保险信息的主要渠道;社会资本诸因素中,归属感、互惠、信任和乡村秩序4个因子对农村居民的满意度有正效应;除去乡村秩序因子外,社会资本其他因子对农村居民的忠诚度均有促进作用。

英文摘要：

Using the data of Huining County in Gansu Province,this article gives a quantitative analysis of the influence of social capital on farmers＇ satisfaction and loyalty to rural endowment insurance system with factor analysis and regression analysis.The study results find that the social capital can be divided into five factors such as sense of belonging,reciprocity,trust,network size and criterion.Social capital is farmers＇ main channel of information in search of the rural endowment insurance.The senses of belonging,reciprocity,trust and criterion have positive effects on farmers＇ satisfaction.Except the criterion factor,other factors of social capital have roles in promoting farmers＇ loyalty.
