不孕及生育力低下是生育能力的严重缺陷,环境危险因素可能影响生殖过程,导致人群生育力下降及不良的生育结局。该文通过对国内外研究中关于不孕常见及重要的环境影响因素进行概述,发现除重金属铅、镉、有机污染物多环芳烃以及物理因素热暴露等因素外,环境污染物对于人类生育能力的影响尚不能定论。为此,需要采用更缜密的研究方法和现代分子生物学技术,开展环境污染对人类不孕影响的研究。
Infertility and subfertility problems are important health issues. Environmental risk factors have the possibility of affecting reproductive process, causing subfertility and abnormal pregnancy outcome. This paper is an overview of important environmental factors on infertility. Heavy metal such as lead and cadmium, organic pollutants such as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and physical factors such as heat exposure are commonly known reproductive risk factors, but the influence of many other environmental pollution exposure on human fertility were not very conclusive. Scientific research methods and modem molecular biology techniques are needed in the study of environmental factors and human infertility.
