目的：观察以滋阴益气活血解毒立法的左归降糖清肝方对2型糖尿病（T2DM）合并非酒精性脂肪肝（NAFLD）患者的临床疗效。方法：将64例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各32例,均给予基础治疗。对照组在基础治疗的同时服用肝旨清胶囊,治疗组在基础治疗的同时给予左归降糖清肝方治疗,两组疗程均为5个月,评定治疗后的临床疗效。结果：两组患者治疗前各项检查指标比较,无统计学差异;治疗后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、血脂、肝功能和脂肪肝等级与治疗前比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;除空腹血糖外,治疗组各项检查指标及总体疗效优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）。结论：滋阴益气活血解毒立法的左归降糖清肝方对T2DM合并NAFLD患者有良好临床疗效。

英文摘要：

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Zuogui Jiangtang Qinggan Recipe （ZJQR） based on Ziyin Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu on type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease （NAFLD）. Methods： 64 patients of T2DM with NAFLD were divided into control and therapy groups randomly. They all performed basic treatment, while the patients of therapy group, in addition to the basic treatment, were given with ZJQR. The treatment period was 5 months. Liver ultrasound examination and biochemical tests （the fasting blood glucose, 2 hour postprandial blood glucose, including blood lipid, liver function ） as well as the total effect were carded out for those 62 patients before and after the treatment. Results： There was no significant difference between the fatty liver degree and biochemical tests of two groups before treatment. After 5 months, the blood glucose, 2 hour postprandial fasting blood glucose, the blood lipid, liver function and the fatty liver degree of the two groups were all improved to different degrees （P〈0.05）, and those of the therapy group except the fasting blood glucose improved more significantly. There was significant difference between the total effect of two groups after treatment （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. Conclusion： ZJQR based on Ziyin Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu has a favourable curative effect on the T2DM with NAFLD.
