结直肠癌(colorectal carcinoma,CRC)好发于直肠以及乙状结肠,故两者统称为大肠癌。本病发病机制中研究最多的是基质细胞衍生因子1(stromalcell—derived factor-lSDF-1)及其特异性受体CX—CR4(chemokinereceptor4),两者所构成的生物轴在结直肠癌的发生及病情进展中起着关键作用。故本文通过阐述SDF-1、CXCR4、以及两者组成的SDF-1/CXCR4轴的概念,其分别在大肠癌中的表达方面阐述本病的发病机制及通过干扰此轴治疗大肠癌进行归纳总结。
Colorectal Cancer (Colorectal carcinoma, CRC) often occurs on the rectum and sigmoid colon, so they are collectively referred to as colorectal cancer. One of the pathogenesis of the disease is that Stromal cell derived factor 1 (stromal cell-derived factor-1 SDF - 1 ) and its specific receptor CXCR4 (chemokine receptor4) , and the composition of the biological axis plays a key role in the tumorigenesis and the development of the disease. Therefore, the paper was write to describe the concepts of SDF-1, CXCR4, and SDF-1/CXCR4 axis, and describe the pathogenesis of CRC and summarize the treatment of colorectal cancer by interfering with this axis.
