目的基于中医传承辅助平台,分析"国医大师"刘尚义教授治疗肺癌的临床用药特点。方法将2014年1月-2015年7月就诊于刘尚义教授国医堂门诊肺癌患者信息输入系统中,采用关联规则阿Apriori算法、复杂系统熵聚类等无监督数据挖掘方法,探讨刘尚义教授治疗肺癌的临床用药特点。结果对筛选出的160例处方进行分析,确定处方中药物使用频次,药物之间的关联规则,挖掘出14个核心组合和7个新方。结论刘教授治疗肺癌多用解毒散结之品。运用中医传承辅助平台从中探索刘尚义教授治疗肺癌的临床用药特点,为总结名老中医经验开辟新的方法。

英文摘要:

Objective To analyze the characteristics of clinical medicine of medical masters professor LIU Shangyi for lung cancer by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) inheritance support system. Methods Input outpatient information into system from patients with lung cancer visited professor LIU Shangyi in Chinese medicine hall from January 2014 to July 2015, use A Apriori algorithm based on association rules, entropy clustering and other unsupervised data mining methods for complex systems and explore the characteristics of clinical medicine of professor LIU Shangyi in the treatment of lung cancer. Results Based on the analysis of 160 prescriptions, the frequency of each herb and association rules among the herbs were computed, 14 core combinations and 7 new prescriptions were mined from the database. Conclusion Professor LIU is good at detoxification and removing stasis to treat lung cancer. To explore the characteristics of clinical medicine of professor LIU in the treatment of lung cancer by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) inheritance support system, which opens a new way to sum up the experience of the famous old Chinese medicine doctors.
