Three iridoid glycoside compounds were purified and isolated from leaves of Lonicera japonica Thunb. （L. japonica） with silica gel, sephadex LH-20 and preparative HPLC. Through analysis of spectrum data and physicochemica properties, we identified them as secoxyloganin, demethylsecologanol, secologanin, β-sitosterol and daucosterol. Compound demethylsecologanol is originally isolated from Lonicera.
