中文摘要：

以3-氨甲基吡啶和二苯甲酮为主要原料，甲苯做带水剂，先合成N-二苯亚甲基-3-氨甲基吡啶，再合成新烟碱；然后以新烟碱为先导化合物，设计合成了氢化新烟碱、N-甲基新烟碱和Ⅳ-甲基氢化新烟碱。所合成的化合物经1HNMR，FT—IR和MS确证其结构。

英文摘要：

N- （Diphenylmethylene） -3- （aminomethyl）pyridine was first synthesized from 3- （aminomethyl） pyridine and benzophenone with toluene as water-carrying agent, then anatabine was prepared from the synthesized compound. Anabasine, N-methylanatabine and N-methylanabasine were synthesized with anatabine as lead compound. The structures of the synthesized compounds were verified by 1H NMR, FT-IR and MS spectra.
