为明确北方地区普通日光温室辣椒栽培时CO2适宜浓度,以“朝研牛角椒”为材料,探究CO2加富[350±50μL/L(CK)、600±50μL/L(C1)、800±50μL/L(C2)、1 000±50μL/L(C3)]对辣椒幼苗生长、叶片SPAD值、净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)以及蒸腾速率(Tr)的影响。结果表明:CO2加富使辣椒幼苗株高、茎粗、叶面积、叶片SPAD值显著提高;同时也显著提高辣椒幼苗Pn、Ci,一定程度上降低叶片Gs和Tr;且CO2浓度为(800±50)μL/L时效果最明显。
In order to get the suitable CO2 concentration for Pepper cultivation in greenhouse in northern region. The research using "Chaoyan pepper" as the material, explored the effects of CO2 enrichment (350±50)μL/L (CK), (600±50)μL/L (C1), (800±50)μL/L (C2), (1000±50)μL/L (C3) on the growth, SPAD value, and net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, intercellular CO2 concentration and transpiration rate. The results showed that CO2 fertilization significantly increased the plant height and stem diameter, leaf area, leaf SPAD value of the pepper seedlings; and significantly improved the net photosynthetic rate, intercellular CO2 concentration, decreased stomatal conductance and transpiration rate; and the effects of the treatment of CO2 (800±50)μL/L was the most significant.
