以温室黄瓜为试材,研究了滴灌条件下不同覆膜条件下结果期土壤微生物数、养分及根系生长等指标的变化。结果表明,秸秆和地膜双元覆盖使土壤微生物数增加,促进秸秆分解,增加土壤养分;秸秆厚度对土壤微生物、养分和根系生长有一定影响,3cm和5cm秸秆覆膜处理显著优于1cm秸秆覆膜处理,但3cm秸秆覆膜和5cm秸秆覆膜间差异不显著;3cm秸秆覆膜处理在实践应用中较为理想,结果后期细菌、固氮茵、放线茵、真茵和微生物总数量较对照分别提高51.67%、39.17%、70.59%、3.05%和29.93%,土壤表层有机质、全磷和全钾分别提高9.11%、19.08%和3.72%,根系数、根冠比、根总表面积和总根长分别提高60.21%、34.43%、30.89%和41.94%。
The changes of soil microorganism quantity, soil nutrients and root growth indexes in flowering and fruiting stages were studied under drip irrigation with cucumber as materials. The results showed that dual cover treatments of plastic film and straw different improved soil nutrients contents and soil microorganism quantity to promote straw decomposition. Straw thickness had a certain impact on soil microorganisms, nutrients, and roots growth of greenhouse cucumber. There was no obvious difference between treatments of 3 cm straw & plastic film and 5 cm straw & plastic film, but they were both significantly better than the treatment of 1 cm straw& plastic film. The treatment of 3 cm straw & plastic film was recommended, in which quantities of bacteria, azotobacter, actinomyces, fungi and microorganisms increased by 51.67 %, 39.17 %, 70.59 %, 3.05 % and 29.93 %, organic matter, total P and K were improved by 9.11%, 19.08% and 3.72%, and root coefficient, root-shoot ratio, total root surface area, and total root length increased by 60. 21%, 34. 43%, 30. 89% and 41.94% compared to the contrast in later fruiting period.
