以商品育苗基质(主要成分是草炭)、蛭石、有机肥(腐熟羊粪)为原料基质,按不同体积比组成复合基质,通过对基质理化性质及秧苗生长发育状况的研究,筛选出适合黄瓜穴盘育苗的最佳基质配比,为黄瓜穴盘育苗生产提供理论基础。结果表明:商品育苗基质∶腐熟羊粪∶蛭石=6∶3∶1复合基质各项理化性质均在幼苗生长的适宜范围内,播种后出苗率达90%以上,该基质培育下的幼苗干物质含量、根体积、根冠比、壮苗指数、生长函数(G值)、根系活力、可溶性糖含量均高于其他处理,比较适宜作为黄瓜穴盘育苗的基质。
In order to choose the proper substrate composition of cucumber plug seedling,the effects of physical and chemical characteristics of compound substrate mixed with commodity substrate of seedling(The main component is peat),vermiculite and sheep manure at different volume ratios on the growth and development of cucumber were studied.The results showed that the physical and chemical characteristics of compound substrate mixed with commodity substrate∶ sheep manure∶ vermiculite=6:3:1(S3)were in the proper range and the emergence rate of seedlings was more than 90%.In addition,seedlings grown on S3 were better than other treatments when the seedlings were measured for dry weight,root volume,root shoot ratio,seedling strength index,G value,root activity and soluble sugar content.Therefore commodity substrate∶ sheep manure∶ vermiculite=6:3:1 was more suitable to be substrate for cucumber seedling.
