Taking the quantitative analysis of conversation culture appraisal system as basic task, basic features of China conversation culture appraisal system is discussed, principles to be followed for appraisal system is put forward. With AHP device, the article also sets up an appraisal system which includes 3 layers and 8 aspects, and proposes policies and measures to enforce this system.
