Using data from Chinese Joucnat of Virology constructs an author collaboratlon network, by analyzing the article the degree, clustering coefficient, expanding coefficient and betweenness, it finds there are some relationship between them. So it provides a method to mine the main node in the network and to compute the influence of an author to provide a reference to how to provide a better literature searching service.
