介绍了一种新型冷冻型新风除湿机的运行原理及特点。结合这种新型除湿机和上海地区的典型气候特征,制定了一套完整的辐射空调温湿度独立控制策略。实验表明,该控制策略可以达到很好的运行效果。揭示了室内设定温度和相对湿度同除湿机启停时间的关系;系统启动后,热电阀和压缩机的通断时间比规律;以室内温度为被控参数控制送风温度时,室内温度超调可有效抑制在低于0.5℃。
The operation principle and characteristics of a frozen air dehumidifier are presented. A set of air temperature and humidity independent control strategy is established combining with the perfor- mance of the dehumidifier and the climate characteristics of Shanghai. Experiment shows that the control strategy can achieve a good running effect, revealing the connection between the indoor setting temperature and relative humidity and the dehumidifier start-stop time, the law of thermoelectric valves and compres- sors on-off time ratio after system started. The indoor temperature overshoot phenomenon can be restrained in less than 0.5 ℃, with indoor temperature feedback controlling supply air temperature.
