三维打印中填充路径的好坏直接影响制件的质量,针对人工牙槽骨选择较优的填充路径尤为重要。将具有良好生物相容性、可降解性的羟基磷灰石和海藻酸钠作为成型材料,选择不同的填充路径,通过自行开发的三维打印成型设备,采用气动挤出沉积成型工艺,制造出同种规格的牙槽骨。获得了不同路径下牙槽骨的宏观表征、微观结构及力学性能参数,并对其影响因素做了分析和探讨。为后期人工牙槽骨填充路径的选择和优化可提供一定的参考。
Filling path of the 3D printing directly affects the quality of parts,so it is particularly important to choose a better filling path for artificial alveolar bone. Adopting the bioeompatible and biodegradable hydroxyapatite (HAP) and sodium alginate (SA) as the molding material and choosing different filling paths, the alveolar bones with the same specification is manufacture through self-developed 3D printing equipment with the pneumatic extrusion deposition shaping process. The macro characterization, microstructure and mechanical properties of alveolar bones under different paths are obtaine, and their influence factors are analyzed and discussed. This research can provide some references for the filling path selection and optimization of alveolar bone in future studies.
