英文摘要：

The party organization of colleges and universities plays an importance role in teacher’s ethics and ethos construction. But in recent years, it reveals that there is deficiency in lacking of effectiveness, systematicness and directiveness on ideological, institutional and organization construction. The main purpose of this article is to find paths to improve those deficiencies from three aspects：ideological education mode, institution design and organization setting, then promote and lead the construction of teacher’s ethics and ethos in the colleges and universities.
