以技术创新网络为背景，以技术创新网络中的企业为主体，从知识观视角，引入并分析企业知识基的概念以及知识基对于技术创新网络中企业保持竞争优势的关键作用的基础上，采用探索性因子分析方法得出了影响技术创新网络中企业知识基的关键因素，并实证检验了各关键影响因素与技术创新网络中企业知识基的关系。研究表明，内部资源投入、企业家精神、组织文化开放度和组织结构整合度是影响技术创新网络中企业知识基的四个关键因素，且均对知识基具有显著的正向影响；技术创新网络中的企业应重点从以上四个途径入手提升自身的知识基，从而保证自身在网络中的竞争优势。

英文摘要：

This study, with the technological innovation network as background, and with enterprises as main body in it, from a Knowledge perspective, introduced and analyzed the concept of knowledge base, and its important role in helping enterprises to maintain their competitive advantages in technological innovation network. Then, it adopted the exploratory factor analysis method to get the key factors that influence the knowledge base of enterprises in the network. After this, it empirically tested the relationship between these factors and the knowledge base. So as to seek to accelerate business growth, enhance the enterprise＇s status of the approach in the technological innovation network, providing a theoretical basis. The results revealed that resources input, entrepreneurship, openness of the or- ganizational culture and integrity of the organizational structure are the four key factors that influence the knowledge base of enterprises in technological innovation network, and all of these have significant positive influence to the knowledge base; enterprises in technological innovation network should improve their own knowledge base through the four ways above to guarantee their competitive advantage in the network.
