Based on the theoretical assumption and sample surveys, this paper discusses the impact and mechanism of psychological property on workers'attitude and behavior in hospitality industry. The result shows that : psychological property, as a positive mood, not only directly affects the working attitude and behavior, but also indirectly affects them through the mediator variable.
