本文应用动态面板Biprobit模型和多重处理效应模型,分析我国10个省市1000个样本农户2003-2009年的影响农户参与农业技术培训和非农职业培训的因素,及两种培训对农户收入的影响。我们利用动态面板Biprobit和多重处理效应方法估计模型的参数,分析得出滞后一期参与培训显著的影响当年是否参与培训的决定,两种培训之间存在显著的联系;参加非农业职业技术培训能够显著促进农民的收入,参加农业技术培训也会增加农民的收入但是影响不显著。

英文摘要：

Using dynamic panel biprobit model and multiple treatment effect model,we give out the factors how to influence rural households to participate in agricultural technical training and non-agricultural vocational training and show the impact of the above two training on the household earning.We estimate the parameters of dynamic panel biprobit model and multiple treatment effect model,obtain that the lagged variables of training have a significant effect on the decision of participating in training and find that there is a significant link between the two training.Moreover,the non-agricultural vocational training can significantly improve the earning of the farmers,but agricultural technical training has insignificant effects on the earning.
