为了支持服装的快速设计,对基于服装设计知识库的计算机辅助设计(CAD)与产品数据管理系统(PDM)的集成进行了研究.将服装设计知识分为新款开发知识和客户化设计知识进行管理,两者共同组成服装设计知识库,通过该知识库可以将服装设计知识保存起来,随时提供给需要它的用户,从而缩短服装设计周期.对支持服装快速设计的CAD系统和PDM系统进行了功能分析,提出了基于服装设计知识库的CAD/PDM系统集成逻辑数据结构,基于该数据结构可以实现PDM系统和CAD系统在深层次上的紧密集成,从而提高服装新款开发设计的效率,并缩短客户化设计周期,改善设计质量.通过样板变型设计的实例验证了该集成系统可以快速准确地完成样板的变型设计.
To support rapid apparel design, based on its design knowledge, the integration of computer aided design (CAD) and product data management (PDM) was researched. To manage design knowledge effectively, design knowledge of apparel was divided into innovative development knowledge and agile design knowledge, with both constituting apparel design knowledge base. Users can get knowledge from this knowledge base expediently. Consequently, the time of apparel design will be shortened. Important function of apparel PDM and CAD was analyzed, and a logic data structure of the integration was put forward, based on which the integration of CAD and PDM was deep and close, which can increase the efficiency of apparel innovative development and shorten time of agile design and improve design quality. Based on the integrated system, pattern variant design can be accomplished rapidly and exactly.
