针对兆瓦级风电机组的锁紧装置,以风电锁紧盘为研究对象,以机械产品的工作可靠性和经济性为目标,克服传统设计方法的不足,提出一种改进的设计方法,同时对摩擦系数、配合间隙和环境温度等参数进行分析.结果表明:改进方法的计算结果比传统计算结果更精确,与FEM 模拟结果接近;过盈配合面的摩擦系数对接触面压强影响非常大,推荐圆锥面的摩擦系数范围为0.085-0.091;设计过程中应以当量弹性模量计算过盈量;不同配合间隙对接触面压强的损耗较大,最大能达到50MPa;接触面压强随环境温度升高而减小.
Aiming at the locking equipment in the MW-level wind turbine and focusing on the shrink disk ,an improved design method was carried out to overcome the shortage of traditional design method on the purpose of mechanical reliability and economy .Meanwhile ,the effects of parameters include frictional coefficient ,fit clearance and environmental temperature were ana-lyzed .It was showed that the improved method got higher accurate data which was more close to the results of FEM simulation .The frictional coefficient of contact surface was critical whose val-ue was recommended to range from 0 .085 to 0 .091 .The equivalence of elasticity modulus was a-dopted to calculate the interference in the design process .The pressure wastage of contact surface for different fit clearance was quite large which could reach 50 MPa .The contact pressure de-clined as the environmental temperature rose .
