基于太原科技大学自行研制的大型油膜轴承综合试验台,对两种型号的油膜轴承润滑油460,220进行工业测试。通过对试验数据进行分析,确定影响油膜轴承润滑油温升速率的三个因素,分别为粘度,运转速度以及载荷。文中应用灰色关联分析方法,对试验数据进行关联度分析,得到影响因素的关联度排序,为润滑油运行性能研究提供参考。
Based on self-developed large scale oil-film bearing test rig of Taiyuan University of Science and Technology,industrial tests on two different types of lubricating oil,460 and 220,were carried out. Through the analysis of experimental data,three factors influencing the variation rate of oil-film bearing lubricant were determined to be viscosity,running speed and load. Grey correlative analysis method was applied to analyze the experimental data,and the sequence of correlation degree was obtained,which could provide reference for operational performances of lubricant.
