Some traditional porcelain manufacturing technology in Jingdezhen slowly evolved or failed to be handed down with the development of society, due to a variety of different historical reasons. In the paper, Evolution contents of Jingdezhen ceramic jiggering technology in Ming and Qing dynasty are summarized based on the ancient ceramic books with theorization of porcelain making technology, and Evolution causes of Jingdezhen ceramic jiggering technology in Ming and Qing dynasty are emphatically discussed, from the social background and ceramic technology development.
