Under random demand, decision of joint inventory are always influenced from manufacturers and vendors stand-alone decision, by setting up a group of flexible machines can be switch, dynamic adjusting production resources of system, achieve effective control of inventory levels. Using two queueing models 'to quantify key performance indicators in system operating and some parameters between changing relationships, obtain the steady- state probability distribution and the queue length distribution. Proposed algorithm find the optimal operation strategy and minimum number of machines usage, the numerical simulation demonstrate that the results of dynamic decision depend on the number specified machine is superior to the static system.
