在回顾高层管理团队信任研究的基础上,提出从信任发展过程入手加强高层管理团队的信任管理。分析了高层管理团队信任发展中的谋算型信任、知识型信任和认同型信任的三阶段特点,讨论了三个阶段中团队成员的心理互动过程,最后总结了在不同发展阶段中改善高层管理团队信任管理的各种措施。
Based on the retrospect of the previous studies on trust in top management team, this paper proposes that we should enhance the trust management in top management team through the trust development process. The authors analyze the characteristics of the three stages of calculus-based trust, knowledge-based trust, and identification-based trust in the trust development in top management team, and discuss the psychological interaction process of team members in these three stages. The various measures to improve the trust management in top management team at different stages are proposed at the end of this paper.
