Mobile telecommunication has been widely used in many fields, but the signal without cable can be eavesdropped easily. The previous scheme is insecure when it is attacked. In this paper, a scheme of distributing conference key based on mobile network is introduced, which is based on the technique of modular square root, make the message of conference is transported securely and all parties involved in conference authentic.
