According to measured data, the relationship between the unknown source function and meas- ured data was obtained by using variable separation method. This problem was called the inverse problem of identification of unknown source and was a typical ill-posed problem. A regularized approximate solu- tion of the inverse problem was obtained by using truncated regularization method and the estimation of Holer-type error of regularized solution from exact one was given,also.
