从单晶叶片的选晶过程、HRS定向凝固工艺制备航空叶片及LMC工艺制备重型燃气轮机叶片3方面,简要介绍了数值模拟技术的研究进展。描述了数理模型的建立,对比分析了两种不同的定向凝固工艺的优缺点。螺旋选晶器的设计对单晶叶片的制备影响较大,其设计失效可能会导致选晶效率差,出现杂晶缺陷等。通过对航空叶片温度场及微观组织的模拟,结合试验研究,优化了工艺,成功制备出单晶叶片。重型燃气轮机叶片制备更为复杂,通过数值模拟缩短了研发周期,节约了成本。
The research progress of numerical simulation technique with respect to grain selection,aeroengine turbine blades manufactured by HRS directional solidification method and industrial gas turbine(IGT)blades manufactured by LMC method was introduced,respectively.The mathematical and physical model of these two directional solidification processes was described,and the merits and dis-merits of them were analyzed comparatively.To a great extent,the quality of single crystal blades depends on the geometrical structure of spiral selector.The invalidation of selector design may decrease the selecting efficiency and lead to stray grains.The process for producing single crystal blades was optimized by means of the simulation of temperature field and microstructure.Moreover,the more complex process for producing IGT blades was simulated to reduce RD cycle and save the cost.
