基于SQL Server 2000,构建了一个脑电数据库系统,并配置了一个IIS(Imemet Information Services)服务器以方便网络查询(http://202.113.232.103:8088/neurodb/)。以临床脑电数据为例,该数据库不仅存储了病例信息,还将脑电数据及其注释结构化和规范化为数据库的表的形式。这与通常采用的文本文件的存储方式不同,它能够充分发挥关系型数据库的强大优势,为存储、检索和分析数据带来最大程度的方便和灵活性,减少错误的发生。与此同时,为数据库还开发了一个相关软件,用于展示脑电图。软件中集成了多种算法,可直接进行数据分析。论文介绍了该数据库的设计、相关软件的开发,并列举了一些数据库的应用。
An EEG database was constructed based on SQL Server 2000. Meanwhile, an IIS web server was set up for retrieving data through a custom web interface (http://202.113. 232. 103: 8088/neurodb/). Taking clinical EEG data set as an example, the database has structured and standardized the EEG data with its annotations in tables rather than free text files, as well as stored the patients' information, which can make fully use of the significant benefit of the relational database. It provides an easy, accurate and most flexible approach to data store, data retrieving and data analysis. Furtherrnore, a set of specific software has also been developed to display the traces of EEG and analyze them with several different algorithms. The design, software, and applications of the database are introduced in this paper.
