针对传统NURBS曲线插补方法中的实时性差和速度进给波动大等缺点,提出了一种基于Gear预估校正法的新型NURBS曲线插补算法。算法首先采用Gear线性多步法进行精确的参数值预估,再采用预处理矩阵法求出预估步长,然后根据自适应速度规划求出的理想步长进行参数值迭代校正。仿真结果表明,该算法简化了参数插补的计算,保证了插补的实时性;同时提高了插补精度,在控制速度波动方面具有较好的表现。
Aiming at the problem of the traditional NURBS curve interpolation methods such as poor real-time performance and large velocity fluctuation,a new NURBS curve interpolation algorithm based on Gear prediction emendation method was proposed.Firstly,the Gear linear multi-step method was used to estimate the parameter values precisely;and then the preprocessing matrix method was applied to calculate the estimated step length.After that,the iterative correction was carried out according to the ideal step length obtained from the adaptive speed programming.The simulation results indicated that the proposed method could simplify the calculation of parameter interpolation to ensure the real-time interpolation.Meanwhile,it could improve the interpolation precision and restrain the velocity fluctuation effectively.
