生物系统的超弱光子辐射分为自发发光和外界光激发下的延迟发光,对生物超弱光子辐射的研究是近年来多学科交叉研究的热点。然而,目前缺乏检测生物延迟发光的专用设备。设计了一种把激发光源和光探测器合为一体、能够连续调整激发光源光照强度的用于生物超微弱发光的专用测量系统,系统的激发光源由单颗高亮度大功率LED及光学系统构成,用可调恒流源调整LED光照强度,通过电子快门精确控制光探测器的采集时间。同时设计了温度控制系统,使系统样品室达到恒温状态,有效降低了采集误差。经过实验证明,该系统测量精度高、重复性好,取得了良好的测量结果。
The ultra-weak photon emission of biological systems consists of spontaneous luminescence and delayed luminescence under external light illumination.Recently,the research on the ultra-weak photon emission is a hotspot of multidisciplinary research.However,there is a lack of specialized equipment to detect the delayed luminescence from organisms.In this thesis,a kind of appropriative system for ultraweak shimmering measurement is designed,which combines a stimulated illuminant source with a light detector,and is able to adjust the illumination magnitude of the stimulated illuminant continuously.The exciting light source is composed of a single high brightness high-power LED and an optical system;the illumination magnitude of the LED can be adjusted using an adjustable constant current source and an electronic shutter is used to control the timing of the light detector accurately.Moreover,a temperature control system is designed,which keeps the darkroom in a constant-temperature and reduces measurement errors effectively.Experiment results verify that the system has high accuracy,good stability,and can obtain favorable metrical results.
