英文摘要：
The soil in low mountain and mound area of Heilongjiang province is barren, and the people＇s agricultural activity is intense. Additionally, rainfall of this region is mostly in heavy rain and raln-storm type. All these result in serious soil erosion. With the runoff and silt observation data analysis of seven experiment plots in Sanchahe small watershed, Binxian county, water and soil conservation benefits of different measures were summarized, and a suggestion for the cultivation method of this region was put forward.
