Perfect and effective urban planning management system is the key to ensure the plan implement goes smoothly. With the rapid development of urban and rural construction, the traditional planning supervision technology and management mode was difficult to adapt to the rapid development of urbanization process. This paper analyzes the current development situation of the urban and rural planning supervision management, makes use of Information technology, net- worked technology and wisdom city idea, combined with the actual situation in Zhuhai City, the research and construction of dynamic management measurement informatization for urban and rural planning supervision has been carried out.
