Since the implementation of the strategy of revitalizing the Northeast, the results have been chiefly in the fast growth of the overall grain output, agricultural acreage and per capita disposable income of urban residents. However, there are some problems in certain areas, such as the lowest annual growth rate in gross regional production,unsustainable mode of investment-driven economy, the tardy development in tertiary industry, energy conservation and emission reduction as well as the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure, etc. It＇s imperative to promote the overall revitalization of the Northeast from the strategic perspective by deepening the reform of system and mechanism andthe innovative promotion.
