在细分定义电控机械式自动变速器(AMT)汽车起步品质评价指标的基础上,搭建了AMT整车模型和起步品质客观评价模型。通过整车模型与评价模型的联合仿真,得到起步品质控制目标,即各指标的控制期望区间,从而为AMT汽车起步控制提供参考和指导。以起步品质评价等级最高为目标构建适应度评价函数,对基于模糊控制的起步控制策略进行优化,得到了影响起步品质的离合器接合速度和发动机节气门开度的模糊控制规则最优解集,并对优化前后的起步品质进行仿真对比。整车试验验证的结果表明,这种基于客观评价的优化方法是可行的,优化后的模糊起步控制策略改善了样车的起步品质。
On the basis mechanical transmission (AMT) of finely defining the starting quality evaluation indicators for vehicle with automatic , a model for AMT vehicle and a model for objective starting quality assessment are constructed. Through the co-simulation of vehicle model and assessment model, the starting control objectives, namely the expected control range of each indicator are obtained, which provide reference and guidance for AMT starting control. A fitness evaluation function is created with the highest grade of starting quality as objective and an optimization on starting control strategy is conducted based on fuzzy control. Thus an optimal solution set of the fuzzy control rule for clutch engaging speed and engine throttle opening, which greatly affects starting quality, is obtained and the starting qualities before and after optimization fire compared by simulation. The results of vehicle verification test show that the optimization scheme based on objective evaluation is feasible and the optimized fuzzy starting control strategy significantly improves the starting quality of vehicle.
