大力发展创意产业符合国家的发展政策，而创意产业的发展离不开信贷政策的支持。基于生命周期理论分析创意产业的演进过程，根据创意产业培育期、发展期和成熟期三个阶段的不同特征，构建以信贷体系为支持主体、市场性信贷支持机制和政策性信贷支持机制为两翼的“一体两翼”信贷支持机制，为我国创意产业的发展提供信贷支持。
英文摘要：
To proactively develop the creative industry meets the demand of the national development policy and the development of the creative industry depends on the support of credit policies. The evolutionary process of the creative industry is analyzed based on life circle theory. According to the characteristics of the cultivation, development and mature stages of the creative industry, a credit support system with＂one body and two wings＂ is proposed for offering credit support for the industry. The credit system is the body and the two support systems, state-provided and market-based credit policies, are the two wings.
