对中外合资企业的技术学习进行了探索性研宛，在总结合资企业技术学习理论的基础上，把合资企业的技术学习分解为四个主要构成要素。基于问卷调研，本文总结了技术学习的主要特点，指出了以合资企业作为技术学习模式的局限性。

英文摘要：

This paper provides an explorative study on technological learning within sino- foreign joint ventures. By examining previous theories about technological learning, this paper divides technological learning into four dements. Through the investigation based on questionnaire, this paper summaries main characteristics of learning and points out limitations associated with the model of joint venture - based technological learning.
