目的：调查吸毒人群的中医体质。方法：采用病例-对照研究方法。吸毒者诊断标准均符合《中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准》第三版（CCMD—3）;中医体质评定按中华中医药学会《中医体质分类判定标准》（试行）进行。结果：Logistic回归分析显示：对复吸有显著影响的体质有阳虚质、瘀血质和气虚质。结论：＂因虚结痰＂、＂因瘀成痰＂是吸毒人群高复吸率的中医体质基础之一。

英文摘要：

Objective：To survey the TCM physique of drug addicts. Methods：Case control study was adopted. Diagnosis for drug addiction was done with the Chinese Classification of Mental Disorders,CCMD-3; assessment on TCM physique was conducted according to the Standards for Classification of Chinese Constitution （Trial） determined by the Chinese Medical Association. Results：Logistic regressive analysis showed that Yang deficiency,blood stasis physique and Qi deficiency could obviously influence the possibility of relapse. Conclusion：＂Phlem for infirmity＂ and ＂ Phlem for stasis＂ are one of TCM physique bases of high rate of relapse among drug addicts.
